Dolls Kill x Bratz, 2020 & 2021

I used a variety of methods to create the below original prints and graphics for Dolls Kill's two major Bratz collabs: the first in 2020, and the second in 2021. (The 2020 collab was a viral success, which I led the design direction for and designed most of the apparel for as well.)

AIRBRUSH TEE, 2020

I hand-drew the logo, background, text, and supporting elements on my iPad to achieve an airbrush appearance. I also traced over official character art to give them a matching airbrush effect.

NOSTALGIA TOSS PRINT, 2020

I created this repeating all-over pattern using elements I've created from scratch (the butterflies, hearts, flowers, & stars), and official assets (logos and character art) and recoloring everything to achieve a harmonious color scheme.

CAR AIRBRUSH TEE, 2021

I hand-drew the car, logos, flames, and supporting elements on my iPad to achieve an airbrush style. I also traced official character art to give them an airbrush appearance and edited them into the original car art I drew.

I hand-drew the car, logos, flames, and supporting elements on my iPad to achieve an airbrush style. I also traced official character art to give them an airbrush appearance. I then combined these elements strategically to form a repeating pattern, which was applied on a variety of products.

ZEBRA PRINT, 2021

I created this repeating all-over pattern by first creating the zebra pattern background and then adding my own elements, which consist of a mixture of licensor-provided assets that I've tweaked/recolored/reframed, and original artwork.

I created this repeating all-over pattern using elements I've created from scratch (lips, flowers, hearts, stars), and official assets (logos).

BAD BOYZ AIRBRUSH TEE, 2021

I hand-drew the flames, background elements, and logo on my iPad to achieve an airbrush style. I also combined individual character art into a scene and traced over them to give them an airbrushed appearance.

I designed this all-over pattern by creating my own original elements from scratch (butterflies, stars, and hearts), and strategically placing official character art into them and recoloring.
